What is the Super-Privacy mode in Sealmetrics and how does “Isolated Hits” work?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Super-Privacy mode, also called Isolated Hits, is designed for websites with strict privacy requirements.

Here’s how it works:

  1. It does not use any kind of user identifier.

  2. You install a simple pixel on your site.

  3. Each page hit is treated as an isolated event, with no correlation to other hits.

Example:

If 50 users visit your website, Sealmetrics will know:

  • There are 50 entries (because 50 hits come from external referrers).

  • The total number of page views and conversions (accumulated).

  • How many page views and conversions each source, medium, or campaign generated.
