Probably, when you created your SealMetrics account, you forgot to add your VAT number. If this is your situation, follow these easy steps:
Log in your SealMetrics' Account.
Click on your profile
Click on billing and scroll down until you find the "Update information" link.
Fill your VAT number in the TAX ID field.
