Instead of using personal identifiers, Sealmetrics uses a Source ID.
The Source ID is generated from the traffic parameters (source + medium + campaign + term OR referrer).
Any visit coming from the same traffic parameters shares the same Source ID.
This allows Sealmetrics to group page views and conversions by campaign or channel without linking them to a specific user.
This method provides valuable attribution data while staying compliant with GDPR and ePrivacy regulations.
